The FLEX PolishFLEX PE 14-2 150 is a compact variable-speed polisher developed by professionals for professionals.

The PolishFLEX high torque at low rpm’s is the distinction of this machine. It is perfectly adapted to all user requirements and ideal for treating a variety of surfaces. From the start in the low speed range 380 to 600 rpm you can feel the power and torque while the optimum speed range of 600-2100 rpm allows for even the most demanding surfaces to be perfectly polished.

Motor and gear units both operate extremely quiet. The ergonomic design and low weight make it easy to reach and prepare even problematical spots. The maximum polishing pad diameter is 8″ enabling horizontal and vertical surfaces to be quickly and comfortably treated.

Accepts backing plate with female 5/8″ x 11 thread (backing plate sold separately).

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Microprocessor electronics: continuously adjustable speed selection, tachometer-controlled constant speed, overload protection, restart protection and temperature monitoring
• Powerful 1,400-watt motor with powerful fan for optimum cooling
• Accelerator trigger switch for a slow and gentle start (starting speed at setting 1 (380 rpm) and lock for continuous operation
• Optimised airflow for the best possible cooling effect of the motor and gearbox. No exhaust air to annoy the user
• Novel combination of planetary and angle gear reduces noise to a minimum
• Flat gear head reduces the distance from the surface. This allows the tool to be operated correctly in any position
• Handle cover: ergonomically shaped with SoftGrip. The tool can be guided with precision and always provides a pleasant and safe grip
• Spindle lock: is ideally positioned to avoid operating errors and not to influence the grip area
• With rubber-coated storage surface for safe storage
• 4-metre PUR H05-BQF cable: wear resistant, flexible with high abrasion and notch resistance
